Tony Laurenson - Managing Director

Tony founded and continues to run the Global Infusion Group, he created and developed this group of four companies over two decades since 1983, specialising in a number of industry specific market sectors, within which they have an unrivalled reputation and award winning record the world over. More than 27 years of catering experience have propelled him into the heart of the events and hospitality industry. He is a likeable individual dedicated to the development of his team yet takes time out to support many charities and worthwhile causes. He is also an active member of the PSA. Through cutting edge technology and the combined genius of his management team, Tony maintains a hands on approach and plays a key role in the forward movement of his business.


 

  e2B Logistics


Justin Ronald - e2B Logistics Operations Manager

Responsible for co-ordinating equipment and staff for hundreds of events each year around the country, Justin is well liked by the clients and crew. The office is often subjected to the sounds of Justin's new demo tapes as he continues to seek fame with his band 'Testcard'.


 

Jane Morgan - Event Logistics Co-ordinator

Justin's right hand 'man'! Jane realised her potential to work in logistics when she discovered her rare female ability to read maps. Having spent several years in the travel and events industry, jane's career pinnacled at the tender age of thirteen when she shot to fame appearing in a television advert for for Great Yarmouth, dancing to a well known Black Lace track


 

Steve Cooper - e2B Logistics POS Warehouse Manager

Have you ever been really frustrated with one of those puzzles where you have to fit a round peg into a square hole? Steve faces this challenge most days as he manages the 'ins and outs' of a very busy warehouse. We have lots of nice clients who all seem to want everything at the same time...and Steve makes it look simple! If anyone has any puzzles that they need solving - please send them in to Steve although if Watford FC are playing, you may have to wait a while!


 

Don Hyne - Red Bull Event Storekeeper

As Storekeeper, Don's many skills are put to good use on a regular basis. As a trained engineer and designer, he is able to maintain the event equipment to the very highest standard at all times. He's also a keen gardener and often provides the team with fresh vegetables grown in his garden


 

Gemma McIntyre - Administrator

Gemma provides vital support to the e2B warehouse team ensuring paperwork is up to date and that all requests are met on time. When not keeping the boys in line, she can be found pursuing her real passion - racing cars


 

LeAnne Tilbury - Administrator

Leanne works hard to keep everything under control within the offic. Although she is the youngest of the team she has crammed a lot into her tender years including a stint in the army where she honed her organisational skills. she is also the sportiest member of team regularly seen out on a run, pounding the streets of Watford.


 

Mandy Dones - Administrator

Mandy is the organised one of the team, when she's not keeping an eye on customers deliveries she can be found with her head buried in supplier invoices, ensuring they all match up.


 

Ivan Pacivic - Warehouse Operative

With years of previous experience as a warehouse man Ivan is seen as teh father figure within the e2B warehouse. Always keen to get everything right and if you ever want a chat about politics he's your man.


 

Stan Kreft - Warehouse Operative

Stan is very organised and can often be found loading and unloading vehicles as part of his busy schedule. He is the joker of the team and always has a smile on his face.


 

Joey Evangalista - Warehouse Operative

Joey is the more subdued member of the e2B team but liek his colleagues he likes to be kept busy and is 100% committed to his role. In his spare time Joey can be found spending quality time woth his young son or playing football with his friends.


 

  Chevalier Event Design


Bonnie May - Director and Chevalier Operations Director

A ruthless redhead with flair and a natural genius for creating events who remains hands on and has worked with Tony for over 17 years. Bonnie was made a Director of the company in 2002 and has truly found her passion in life - the hospitality industry.


 

Paul Newson - Chevalier Operations Manager

After travelling round Australia and New Zealand for 6 months, Paul joined Chevalier as Bonnie's 'right hand' and provides much needed support. In his free time, Paul is working on his first novel - we are already planning the international launch party! On reflection, Paul's favourite moment was when he watched the sun rise whilst sitting on the top of Mount Sinai


 

Amy Nielsen - Events Administrator

Whilst studying for a degree in History at the University of Southampton, Amy did some work experience with the Global Infusion Group after she had a taste of the events industry whilst working with the events team from Southampton City Council as part of her 2nd year project. We are delighted that on graduating with a 2:1 degree, Amy is back with us on a full time basis. Her organisational skills are invaluable in her role as administrator for the Chevalier team


 

  Eat to the Beat


Mary Shelley-Smith - Operations Director

Mary's experience on the road has enabled her to build a wealth of knowledge, logistical expertise and first hand experience - all this puts her in good stead to manage the wide range of international events catered for by Eat to the Beat. She is well known within the music and production industry and is a real asset to the team, having been with the company for over 15 years


 

Mags Hayward - Account Manager

In her role as account manager, Mags looks after several key clients to ensure all their catering requirements are met. After spending 11 years building a reputation as a renowned restaurateur, she made the decision to become part of the team at Eat to the Beat. As a self taught chef, Mags can often be found on site working on those last minute jobs that we all know and love! Her loud laugh brings a smile to everyone’s face wherever she is…


 

Susanne Howell - Eat to the Beat Assistant Operations Manager

Having spent several years working in the motor trade…as an administrator rather than a mechanic, Susanne decided to put her organisational skills to good use with Eat to the Beat. Having had a taste of fame at an early age in a Chicken Shed Production, Susanne is quite at home with the variety of clients Eat to the Beat have the pleasure of working with. When not supporting her beloved Arsenal, she’s on the hunt for the next handbag to add to her collection.


 

Sachi Hidaka - Crew Liaison

Sachi has worked in the hospitality industry all her working life, starting in hotels and progressing to events and catering. She is well suited to the industry as she is a chatterbox and has a great eye for detail. Her lively personality enables her to efficiently co-ordinate our team to ensure we have the right people working on each event - our crew are as individual as your events!


 

and in the USA....Michael Brevetz - VP Operations

Michael grew up in a backstage environment as his parents were involved in the blooming US music scene. Michael started his touring career in 1987 as personal chef and catering co-ordinator. He later went on to set up his own company along with his wife Karina. Nine years on he decided to come ‘off the road’ to spend time with his family and explore other endeavours. Now in 2008, Michael has joined Eat to the Beat and the Global Infusion Group to develop relationships in the USA, bringing his years of experience and passion for the industry back to life.


 

  Sales and Marketing


Liz Madden - Sales & Marketing Manager

A familiar figure within the events industry, always promoting our unique style of bespoke catering and event presentation around the world. Well known for her love of shoes, Liz is often seen out and about, usually with a drink in one hand and a smile on her face.


 

Sam How - Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator

Sam first joined the Global Infusion Group on a student placement in Summer 2007. She is now back with us on a part time basis, with a view to joining us full time once she completes her degree in Hospitality and Events Management at Brighton University. Her love of handbags and Jason Orange ensures she fits in well with the rest of the team in this vibrant office!


 

  Accounts


Gaynor Smith - Financial Controller

Often referred to as the sums lady, Gaynor looks after the smooth running of the accounts department and all things financial. She's also our very own 'mystic meg' who knows lots of interesting things about stones and crystals and ensures we always have good karma! When not attached to her calculator, she can be found down at the stables with her new stallion Eddie.


 

Claire Marriott - Accounts Assistant

Claire joined the company in 1999 and is the one you need to be nice to as she passes all invoices for payment!! Claire also has hidden talents and has appeared on stage at both the Royal Opera House and Wembley Arena...


 

Alannah Iwanoff - Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk

Lana provides vital support to the accounts team. Her keen eye and attention to detail ensure invoices are processed quickly and correctly. One of her favourite memories was swimming with dolphins.


 

  Stores and Transport


Shona Jones - Stores and Logistics Manager

As a mum of 3 boys, Shona has highly honed organisational skills and is not scared of getting her hands dirty. Keeping our equipment and warehouse in order are her top priority.


 

Julian Yeomans - Transport Manager

With his hands on approach, Julian is worth his weight in gold as our transport manager. His love of mechanics is even shared by his young daughter who has her own tool kit and together they work on old car engines. His passion for drawing and carpentry are also useful as he works alongside Mickey in the stores department to ensure the smooth running of our warehouse


 

Paddy Yeomans - Stores Assistant

It's not just a coincidence...Julian and Paddy share the same surname becuase they are brothers!Paddy is a valued member of the team and is always willing to lend a hand. He's a keen supporter of Coventry City and is planning to learn Spanish soon


 

  Office Administration


Sonia Pritchard - Office Manager

This singing and dancing queen keeps the office in order and a smile on everyone's face. Sonia looks after human resources and IT for the group.


 

Chitra Suppiah - Receptionist and PA to the Managing Director

Chitra is a tidy and organised individual with a love for all things that sparkle. As the first point of contact, her welcoming attitude gives a great first impression to clients, suppliers and friends. When not answering the phones, Chitra can be found shopping or on the terraces of Watford FC.
