Global Infusion Group (GIG), the internationally renowned music, film, TV, corporate and location caterer has proudly added a ninth brand to its portfolio. Globestar Management (Globestar) manages and promotes live entertainment acts to private and corporate events. One of the most popular acts, the ‘Globe Girls’ has appeared at events all over the UK and they are now spreading their outrageous ostrich feathers and performing globally. The ‘girls’ were established to appeal to the corporate and private entertainment market and have been shortlisted for recognition during the upcoming awards season.
Whilst ‘drag’ acts have been around for many years the Globe Girls are proud to be different. Globestar?s star turn did not want to be seen as "rude, crude and lewd" and offer a truly professional West-end style show. Globestar created the troupe using ONLY West-end stage experienced performers, models, singers and dancers. Demanding the highest possible standards, they use the best chorographers, wig and costume designers in the business.
The Globestar Management team liaise with every client to make sure the performance is designed exclusively around their needs. For example when they produced a launch show for Selfridges they created magnificent ball gowns out of the iconic yellow carrier bags, an idea which has now been replicated by other acts in the industry, proof that Globestar and the Globe Girls are at the forefront of entertainment trends.
