Eat To The Beat celebrates 25 years in style
Eat To The Beat is celebrating 25 years of bringing its colourful dining experiences to the music, production and location catering sectors. The company celebrated in style with a party themed and catered for by sister company Upbeat Event Design.
The spectacular party was titled The Odd Ball and held in Buckinghamshire as a celebration for employees and friends of the company. The Odd Ball broke the norm of a traditional ball with a topsy turvy theme and a dress code of Black tie - but a bit odd! On arrival guests were greeted by serving staff disguised as 'living paintings' who served canapes through ornate frames dressed as Andy Warhol's Marilyn Monroe, the Laughing Cavalier, Botticelli's Venus and The Mona Lisa.
The evening continued with a sit down meal where classic favourites were served including a starter of smoked salmon and halibut, a main course of steak and chips culminating with berries and ice cream for dessert. A gourmet cheese board, chocolate fountain and pic'n'mix station were opened later on in the evening. Entertainment was provided by the Globe Girls, a drag cabaret act and Tenors and Divas incognito who ensured that by the end of their sets everyone was on their feet ready for the DJ, guests were seen shaking their tail feathers until the early hours.
